One is located in Tai Po and involves 135 units, while the other one, comprising 40 units, is in Sai Kung.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The remaining development, expected to be completed next year, involves 38 units in Ap Lei Chau.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>At the end of last month, 31 applications for pre-sale consent for residential developments, comprising a total of 17,642 residential units, were being processed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the department is handling five applications for consent to assign, pertaining to 2,742 residential units and two non-residential units.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Three applications for pre-sale consent for non-residential developments were also being processed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Lands Department announced today that it issued three pre-sale consents for residential developments involving 213 units in the third quarter of this year. \u00a0 Such pre-sale consents were issued for three residential developments. \u00a0 Two of the developments are expected to be completed this year.
