The seasonally adjusted unemployment rate stood at 3% for the period between July and September, unchanged from the June-to-August figure, the Census & Statistics Department announced today.   The underemployment rate also remained unchanged, at 1.2%.   Total employment increased by around 1,700 to 3,710,200, while the labour force remained about the same at 3,830,100.
